This addendum supplements the Privacy Policy for residents of certain U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (which may include California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and others). It applies to personal information we collect when we act as a controller/business for website visitors and prospective customers. It does not replace our obligations when acting as a processor/service provider for business customers.
Sensitive data: We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information for uses defined as “sensitive” under certain U.S. state laws. If sensitive information is submitted in free-form fields, it is processed only to provide the Services, maintain security, and comply with law.
